I recently spent over $200 online with Credo. When I opened the box, the perfume included had leaked through the box and was one third gone from the bottle. I immediately contacted customer service and was told to send images - I did, including the soiled box and bottle. I was told I could still use the product and to please take a 20 percent discount on future purposes. What?! I paid for a leaking bottle and was told to please still enjoy it without a refund AND buy more products, please, here is your incentive?! I am so mad. I said it was actually a gift and the woman so - oh, a gift well than what do you want to do. Should it matter? Gift or not, a terrible thing to not offer replacement. It is not even a pricey item, why not say so sorry new bottle on its way. Five emails later and so disappointed.

I have shopped at credo for years but find their stock is always low or they discontinue the best products. I am often forced to get my favorite products from other retailers.

This where I come to find a special beauty treat to make myself feel good. I love every here and everyone that works here is helpful wonderful kind.

I love shopping on Credo's app! I have always received the correct products and never damaged. When I wasn't satisfied with a product (which happens very infrequently), Credo's customer service has been prompt and to my satisfaction. I've only been to one Credo store, which happened to be in the area where I was travelling. It was a great experience, and allowed me to try many products that I have ordered and plan to order in the future.

I was in Brooklyn for a work event when I found the Williamsburg store. Since I've only purchased products online, I decided to see Credo in-person. What a lovely and inviting store! Plenty of products to sample before purchasing, clean, and organized. Of course, I walked out with more items than I wanted to purchase :), but it was so worth it!

Great business, all clean products and they seem to be thoroughly and thoughtfully researched, Some prices are better here too. I just find that nearly every other place I order from, large or small, ships so much faster. There were several times that I thought my orders must have been lost or forgotten. I want to continue using Credo, but probably won’t because of the long shipping delays.

i appreciate Credo's values and shop with them whenever possible. recently on sale was a liquid eyeliner- TooD Stretch The Limits Liquid Liner- in a gorgeous blue and a vibrant pink-the smoothest liquid eyeliner i've ever used, love the brush, and the colors are deep and lasting throughout the day! HIGHLY recommend!

I always have a great experience in store at Credo, but this time it felt like the attendants didn’t want to help me. I had to seek them out. Then when I got help for color matching, the attendant didn’t bring any more value. I could have done the same myself.

Products I ordered are all wonderful and glad I can find them at Credo. Shipping and delivery times are painfully slow.

Shipping was fairly quick. Items packaged well. It's disappointing that you can't apply reward points to items when they offer a friend's and family sale. What is the incentive to shop on your site. I earned the points shopping and should be able to redeem toward any future purchase.
