I compared a variety of products before purchasing the Earthquake Bag from Redfora. I decided I didn't need a military-tactical style bag! I needed a family-oriented bag. I love that Redfora follows up with their customers, and appreciate the emailed advice and reminders, and sharing stories from others who have been through disasters.

I bought a Premium bag for myself and liked it so much I also got one for my sister and a dog one for my fur baby. I needed to make alternate delivery arrangements for security and Meaghan worked extra hard to make sure our bags were delivered correctly. Kudos to excellent customer service!

My earthquake backpack was incorrectly labeled. The correct backpack was sent, but the accompanying documents were all for a different, less expensive backpack. The representatives were very helpful to me in figuring it out.
