Everything you need to protect you’re loved ones. Just add your own meds, clothes, etc. Ours is by our bed with hardhats. You must be prepared!! I bought two more for my relatives caregivers.

It is good to get everything that is expiring replaced in one kit, but the items were not the same type/size and it was impossible to get them into the backpacks. It is a good thing I had a 3rd one with similar supplies to add the remaining items to. It is also very expensive.
