Contacted my insurer and within half an hour was contacted by O'Briens for a time to have replacement done. Replacement was done quickly and car was left clean when work was done. Highly recommend.

They also came back when we had problems with Range rover wipers and replaced them and explained our intermittent system that we didn't have set correctly. Well done O'Brien

The fact that my windscreen could be replaced at my home made my life easier and also the guy doing the job rang me in the morning to give me a time when he would be there allowed me to work around that to do other things I had to do that day.
