1/4/2022 windscreen replaced, rear view mirror attached...4/12/22 rear view mirror fell off...and now I have to travel some 200 kms to get the issue fixed by an authorised dealer?...vehicle is unroadworthy without a rear vision mirror...lift your game!

I organised a mobile windscreen guy from OBriens glass to come out yesterday and the communication was outstanding, text messages from both The company as well as Chris the technician Doing the job, he turned up on time very professional and knew his stuff. When Matt came to my house he was extremely professional, friendly and polite and did and did an excellent job in replacing the glass in our sliding door. Matt went above and beyond in what I would have expected and O'Brien Glass are lucky to have someone like Matt working for them.

I had a crack in my windscreen and my insurance contacted O'Brien glass to replace it. Did an online booking with them that suited my timeframe. Mike from O'Briens at Smeaton Grange contacted me with 2 hours notice of arrival on the day. He was totally professional and just an all round nice guy. Thank you initially Brayden who came out last Thursday 1 April and gave professional options on what to do for the chip on the windscreen so instead of just fixing it, it was arranged to get it replaced. Thanks Brayden you are a champ. Today Craig came out to do the replacement and such an awesome job he did this morning and he deserves recognition. Had rear screen replaced but tail gate registered a fault a wouldn’t close fully. O’Brien staff spent several hours trying to clear the fault but couldn’t. I was unable to safely drive due to the constant fault alarm. In his total commitment to the customer the store manager Shawn drove the car to the dealership workshop and stayed with me until the problem was fixed. The customer service exceeded my expectations.
