I came back from holidays and find my second car rear screen is totally chippy so I ring my insurance and they transfer my call to O'Brien and then I explained and give my details and staff was friendly and helpful so they give me days opition which work for me, they on booked day mechanic come to my home and replaced the glass screen and he did great job and he done good cleaning is well :) I am very happy with my insurance and O'Brien Thanks Sandeep

The glass was sourced from overseas. Excellent communications to advise me as to time parameters involved to get item. Once glass was delivered, seamless process to install. Very satisfied with result.
