They work pretty well. Good sound quality and the ANC works really well. It seems to have issues with SW updates. The app does not properly update. It also does not connect to laptops properly, only 1 of the earbuds connects.

Connection issues on Android phones. Recommendation was deleting the app rather than getting a firmware update in the works. Absolutely garbage.

Great delivery. I would say, check the instruction manual on how to pair the ear buds to your phone. It's missing the step of pressing the case button to pair them. I couldn't figure it out until I did a search on your website and finally found the missing step.
