Avoid at all costs - headphones don't work and terrible customer service
Received my replacement freedom 2 headphones as my old pair stopped working after 2 years. They were faulty in pretty much every aspect. Admittedly I ordered them from a third party supplier who said that I needed to contact Jaybird to get them fixed. Took a few weeks of having to explain the issues over and over, answering the same questions. Eventually Jaybird told me they were dispatching replacements, great I thought, I was happy with the customer service at this point despite the long process. A few weeks passed so I decided to follow up. Without communicating this to me at all, they had decided not to send them to me. I'm still in the process of complaining and trying to get my faulty headphones replaced. It's one thing to sell products that just don't work at all but the service is so poor. They've kept me on the hook for a few months now, waiting for the headphones I was promised with no updates. I'm now beyond the point of returning to the third party. If you have any complaints or issues with jaybird, their copy and paste approach to customer engagement does not help! I keep being thanked for choosing them and being told to have a "stellar day" while they ignore any actual help! At one point they even offered me 25% off a different pair of headphones. How about just replacing the broken pair?? I'm now just being ignored, this is so poor and I can't understand how they treat customers like this. Would never use them again and would advise any others not to. I contribute to a runners publication so will have to provide my experience to avoid others falling for it

Jaybird vista 2
These are some of the worst headphones ive ever had in my entire life. I will never buy jaybirds again. Out the package they wouldnt even show to connect to a phone, wouldnt show up to pair at all. I let them completely die and recharge numerous times and nothing. Then one day i tried them out the blue and they connected. Thought my troubles were over, boy was i wrong. The case doesnt turn off so i have to recharge the headphones every couple days. When i pause the music 8/10 times i hit play and the music wont start again. If i take 1 headphone out to talk to somebody i had to completely soft reset them in the case to even get a chance to play music. These headphones ruins my lifts more than anything else.

Poor Performance in Product & Customer Support
Poor customer service. X4 left side not working support on the phone actually said I need to go buy new one's now without checking if they are still under warranty. Called to get another support person who said if its not under warranty it's trash. Just a general cavalier arrogance to this business. I will continue to inform people about yet another lame company.

Before this replacement device arrived, my initial order did. I've sent the replacement device back for a refund. I loved my jaybird headset ( wireless sport X4 ) Until the product completely broke off into my ear during use and was STUCK. Customer service was not the best to deal with. Lack of empathy for what happened. 1 particular representative was AWFUL and so rude. My product is out of warranty. So of course they won't do anything for me. I guess they don't stand by their product. And I'll never purchase again.

Had Jaybirds for years. Loved my old vistas. Vista 2 case won't stay closed. Keep having to go looking for them in the grass, parking lot, or driveway. Gonna lose me if a new case solution isn't to be had.
