Very easy to order..

I clearly ordered the correct part for my Faucet as it shows on my order and invoice. I received the wrong part and there is no easy way to return it. I had to buy a more expensive part from a local hardware store. Bad service and the web site only says what to do if I "Ordered wrong". No longer an option to upload a picture either. 😡
