I do not consider wholesale home to be a reputable company and am very dissatisfied with my experience with them. Upon receiving products that did not work for me, I spent numerous weeks leaving messages on their site and making phone calls to expedite a return. After finally getting a RMA #, I mailed the return the same day and subsequently received delivery confirmation from UPS. It has now been over 5 weeks and I have not received my refund. I have made several follow up calls and have only been able to leave a message. No one returns my call. I am owed over $350.
