My experience with Ruti is very good in general. Customer service is excellent but find the shipping is taking more time and get erratic delivery messages . . telling me one date and then changing it on the date. Am finding their sizing in trousers a little confusing lately . . I am 4 in some and a possible 6 in others, but don't know until I receive the item and then have to go thru returns, etc.

I have purchased two items from Ruti and am awaiting a pre-order, I am exgtremely happy with my purchases.

I so appreciate Ruti having petite jeans in the dark denim wide leg. The denim material is great, there is no gapping at back of waist. It's very stylish. The only downside is I still had to shorten them 2 inches, and I'm 5'2" for reference.

Bought the dark denim barrel jeans. Perfect shape - not too billowy and the waist is so comfy. The stitching detail adds interest and the length is perfect - just above the ankles.
