Shipping took awhile, but totally worth the wait!

These took a little longer than expected to ship, and when I emailed customer support and explained I was worried they wouldn't make it before my trip, they shipped them immediately with expedited shipping so they made it just in time. This is not an experience I've had anywhere else, so congratulations on having both a great product and offering great customer service! I'm recommending Ruti to everyone I know.

I looked, obsessed, looked again, turned away, came back - and finally purchased this sweater. You know those items that you just want to wear every day? This is one of them. Well made. Great design. The grey cuts the black (which I ALWAYS wear). I think it's super cool that the black sleeve is cuffed, but the grey sleeve is ribbed and not cuffed. Fun little detail.

The best pants yet!

Purchased my first pair with a bit of skepticism. The price was the main sticking point — but the reviews (and haunting of my instagram timeline) had me convinced to try. Out of the package — in love! The flattering fit - especially for a barrel was unmatched. Bought the black as soon as it was available. Four starts because I wish the material were a bit thicker. I’m layering silk thermals for warmth in the cold months. But will wear these year round for sure!

It arrived quicker this time, sometimes my orders from Ruti take a bit long to arrive.

These pants are exceptional. Pop them on, head to work, run your errands, walk the dog, lounge with a cup of tea. They are perfect for all activities. They wash well, are wrinkle free so you always look sharp!
