LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE I have tried iPad and kindles and amazon fire and none of them have stuck but I love my reMarkable!!! It is light and easy to use. It hold a long charge it keeps me from getting distracted while studying and it really does feel like paper and less like an electronic!!!!!

i only miss one feature and this ist taking a screeshot of an area in a pdf and copy it to a notebook.

Sehr einfach und intuitiv zu bedienen. Schreibgefühl wie auf Papier. Umwandlung von Hand- auf Digitalschrift funktioniert einigermaßen. Funktion für gerade Striche oder geometrische Formen wie Kreise fehlt leider. WLan-Modul ist recht langsam aber das reMarkable funktioniert auch offline super.

Really good at taking and storing hand-written notes on very diverse topics - folder structure is easy, syncing works very well. Removed my need for carrying lots of paper everywhere

Absolutely love this tablet. Really has helped me stay organized and saving trees at the same time. Sure it’s a little pricey, but the extra cost is worth it too me.

I've had my Remarkable for 3 months now (after hesitating to buy one for over a year because of the price tag), and I couldn't be happier. This is a brilliant piece of innovation, awesome for taking notes and reading both, totally hassle-free and distraction proof experience. As a bonus, finally going paperless feels really amazing!

I love my reMarkable. My job requires that I do a lot of documentation, quickly. Typing isn't practical in the field on laptops or tablets, so I use notebook. Often my notebooks get filled with shorthand and scribbles and that I need to spend hours re typing, essentially doing my job twice. My remarkable has made it so that I can convert to text, send to myself, edit in 1/4 of the time, and save myself HOURS. I also use to sketch and draw. It really is the only electronic device that makes me excited.

love it - amazing, just need to figure out how you get accessories for it more accessible locally. Pen's I should be able to get next day on amazon. Also you need to sort out wifi so you can use wifi that needs a browser as more and more of them are around.

The unit feels sturdy and well built and I like the clean lines and usability. The two negatives are battery life is a little short when used continuously as I need to on some occasions and the pen feels pretty cheap. I wanted to buy the upgraded stylus instead of the basic one but this was not an option and I would have needed to spend another hundred pounds which doesn't feel good value. Overall great tool but few tweaks needed

Fantastic to use outdoors (in the wind): no loose paper sheets flying everywhere. Battery life (when sleeping) could be improved. All weather resistance (rain) would be a great plus.

The goal was to replace hundreds of random small paper post it notes containing passwords, reminders, meeting notes, to do lists, budget numbers, upcoming bills, accounts, and telephone numbers.....it also was to jot down important strategic goals, to draw a preliminary concept for a mechanical design that will ultimately be drawn in CAD....to always have a piece of "paper" that can be organized and searched. My ReMarkable tablet has become that for me and more. I can't wait for further software updates continuing to improve the functionality of the device!

Great device. Loving it. Great customer service. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that there are still some minor issues. Issues such as writing near the edge of screen results in squiggly or warped letters, design of toolbar blocks writing space (short version only gives 1 writing utensil option and full screening loses all functions), lack of custom templates (most templates are good, but Cornell notes template could use a small margin instead of the .5 inch lines where I have to create a new page after like 10 lines of notes), undo sometimes unresponsive (have to press it 2-3 times to register sometimes), device turns on randomly when plugging to charge while in sleep mode (I usually don't find out until I check the device after 30 mins of charging and see that its been on the whole time), and sometimes the toolbar buttons are not responsive when I select it with my finger. These have been the most noticeable bugs since using the device, but they are bearable, but I hope the next software update should fix this because these are issues that should not happen in this day and age given the advancement in technology in general.

Love my ReMarkable!! So lightweight, perfect for me as a student - I keep my notebooks, textbooks, and handouts all on my ReMarkable. It keeps me so organized. I think the handwriting to text feature could be better - maybe some sort of calibration program to learn to recognize personalized styles could be implemented? I'm also finding that sometimes my tablet syncs immediately with the app on my laptop, and sometimes it seems to take closing the program and coming back to it much later to work. This can be frustrating as I often like to have both open when studying.

I like having unlimited pages. The drawing experience is very nice. Would like to see some improvements to the software: 1. Need to search by keywords on each page (not just notebook titles). 2. Would like to be able to search by created/edited date. 3. Need recycle bin for deleted notebooks, pages. Overall pleased with the performance, and love the simplicity of the device (no distractions). Great job with the product

I do a lot of Biblical writing and I have trouble writing out the citations to where the AI recognizes the colon punctuation it either transcribes to jibberish or exclamation points

Can't believe I went so long without this device.

This tablet worked well right out of the box and is very easy to use. The app and desktop app work well too and synchronization is fast. I wish epub books could be transferred more easily- most are protected and difficult to download- but otherwise I use this daily for meeting notes, project notes and to-do lists.
