Karnage I’ve already used this welder on a couple of projects where dragging out my shop welder and associated cords would be a pain. Of course I also wanted to get familiar with it and see how she does. I am very happy with this self contained portable welder. The voltage/amps are factory set and not adjustable but I’m unfamiliar with any trail welder that’s adjustable and the things I’ve welded so far are from 3/16 - 5/16 and had great results. For thicker steel, this welder should get you home, then if needed, get after it with a more versatile machine. Which I believe is exactly what this setup is intended to do, get you safely home.

I actually haven’t even seen it yet. It’s at a friends house and I don’t see him until May.

Have been in steel industry maintenance for 37 years. Opened box, read startup instructions,and this welder is unbelievable. Welded all weekend,then decided to take into work and have coworkers try unit. Same reaction as I had. Urging company to purchase units for maintenance department. Razor/utv guys all want one for their weekend adventures. Wonderful tool to add to any mechanics collection. Thank you for a outstanding product.

I have only done some practice welds and repaired one broken tab on my competition rock buggy. The welder works well and seems like it might really save the day some day for me.

So much possibility packed into such a small (but heavy) package. This is a great portable welder to have on the vehicle, hopefully, I won't need it out on the trail. So far I have been using it to work on remote repair jobs that I don't have power available.

This was my 2nd order from Karnage Welder. Once, again, lightning-fast shipping, well packed, the charger seems fairly heavy-duty, is simple to use, with simple to understand indicators, and allows a lot of flexibility in how you wish to connect it. Great company, great people, and a great product!

I took it straight out of the box and belded up a broken radius arm in 5min was back wheelin hard. A engine mounted welder could not have saved me 50 feet down off the road, having a suitcase self contained was a life saver.

Just tested my new Karnage Welder and I'm blown away! I easily welded a new foot on my 30' trailer's jack right where it stood. No need to move it near a power source – saved me a ton of time and hassle. With the way my permanent welders are set-up in my garage and the amount of space I have to park.. I probably would have had to take it to a shop to get it fixed. Its portability and quick setup are game-changers. Every off-roader or mobile worker needs this! I can already see a few more repairs around the house and hunting property I'm going to make... not to mention it's going on every offroad trip with me now..

Haven’t used it on a major trail repair yet but have on farm repairs like fixing a hay ring. I bought a matching second case and put the mask, gloves, tips, extra wire etc in it and slapped the Karnage sticker on so we would immediately know which two boxes to grab if we needed it.
