Ordered two bikes and two baskets. One bike arrived in perfect shape, one had broken pieces and damage to the frame and paint. Had to box back up for Fed Ex to pick up and deliver new bike. The new bike’s tire would not hold air so we had to find a bike shop to buy a new tire. Retrospec did credit our account for the two baskets we ordered as compensation for time, effort and frustration. Now that we have two functioning bikes we love them! Just a process to get to this point. Great looking bikes!
