The main assembly of the bike was relatively straight forward but I am disappointed that i have to take it to a bike shop because the shift mechanism that changes gears was not set properly when it left the company. It will not change into the final gear. It stays in the second to the last gear. A thing that I shouldn't have to do or pay for!

A wonderful exercise tool

Beautiful bike, standard assembly took my husband a couple hours to complete. The sage green is so cute in person, and looks great with the baskets I added. Bicycle rides smooth, shifts gears easily and fits me well at 5’3”. Such a nice ride, my husband now wants a matching one of his own. Contacted customer service over some trouble with the headlight not working, (which ended up being due to the batteries bouncing out of place) and the CS agent didn’t seem to know what kind of batteries the headlight needed, whether it had them at all, or how to open it up to check. But they were prompt and kind and I ended up figuring it out on my own.
