Beautiful product and timely arrival. However as ring was too large would be good if I could simply exchange rather than wait for store credit and repurchase.

By Charlotte is the most amazing jewellery in the world! I love every single item I’ve purchased from them. The quality is amazing and the designs are so unique and stunning. It has to be my favourite thing to spend my money on- very dangerous to my bank account haha!! Shipping is very fast, communication for any enquires is prompt and very helpful and the sales are amazing. I just wish they’d open up a store in WA :) I cannot wait for a new collection to be launched! I know I sound OTT but have to be honest and give credit when credit is due.
