Working with Menguin was one of the easiest parts of planning our wedding. They shipped replacement pieces for suits within a day to make sure everyone had the perfect suit for our wedding. We would highly recommend Menguin for any wedding or special event.

We had a covid emergency that forced our event back 3 weeks. Menguin allowed us to keep our suits and did not charge anything for the change in date. Very understanding.

I was surprised to find EVERYTHING I needed included in the box from Menguin - and all to my specifications...which were wrong. No problem as this is where Menguin really shines: The customer service was top notch and they managed to get the corrected size of the tuxedo to me before the wedding. They did everything with ease and grace.

When I received my suit, the pants were too short. It was my fault, I measured wrong. I call Menguin with the correct size and they quickly sent out another suit. Great customer service!
