The entire process was super easy and convient. Choosing the suit and setting a time took less than 15 minutes, anytime I needed customer support I was on hold for less than 2 minutes, and the return took no effort at all. Everything fit me perfectly.

One of our groomsmen called 4 days before the wedding to tell us he hadn't ordered his suit yet. We were able to call customer service and give his measurements and get his suit 2 days before the wedding. His suit fit perfect.
