After visiting the shop in St Andrews, my husband fell in love with a watch which I ordered for his Xmas with engraving. The watch arrived very quickly, was beautifully packaged and th e engraving was spot on. So pleased with my purchase and the service provided!

Beautiful watch but they did get the wrong colour of watch face when the order was first placed, but immediately apologised , arranged a free return process and were good to their word , and the replacement watch was received in less than a day once they’d received the original, I’ve a small wrist and they took the links out prior to despatch, really pleased and received a lot of comments regarding the design and value for money. Thanks to Nick at Kartel for the speedy turnaround

We've visited the Kartel store in St. Andrews a few times this year. Dale, Robert, (and little Betty the dog) are all amazing. We've bought three watches and a gift set over the past few months - love them all. We've fallen in love with the Kartel brand and team.
