I'm sorry Kartel... but UPS is the reason for 2 stars. Ordering process was fine, and must be said I'm really happy with the watch! But UPS, they are the worst of the worst, of the WORST! No delivery time, No delivery schedule, No customer support... a carrier pigeon would be more reliable... in the end they were days late and just left the item outside without even knocking at the door. Honestly I will never buy another item again so long as UPS are the carrier. (this is not a one time problem with UPS either)

Products were excellent the watch straps are a little on small side to fit everyone's wrists but other than that great service and product.
