Got a great deal on a lovely watch for my partner in the Black Friday sales! The watch arrived literally the next day in nice pack again and with the unexpected bonus of a £10 gift card! I though this was great as he can now use it to buy an extra watch strap or something else. Nice to see a local scottish company with beautiful products and great service!

Kartel is small and scottish which is a massive bonus to us. They make absolutely beautiful watches and I've purchased many either for myself or for family members. Cant fault their watches at all.

I have ordered 4 watches now from Kartel, always delivered promptly in a couple of days, even with engraving. Returned one recently, only because my son wasn't keen on the metal strap, I received an email the next day to tell me watch had been received and refund actioned. Fantastic service.

The watch strap I ordered took 2 weeks to arrive, an email telling me it would take that long would have been helpful. However the watch strap when it arrived was beautiful, my husband loves it and feels like he’s got a new watch.

As a big Harris Tweed fan and a love for clean design these watches appealed as soon as I discovered them. Bought two styles and I'm enjoying switching between colours and face design. They are a great fashion watch and at a fair cost. I'd certainly extend my new collection when more tweed comes out. The white face looks the best in my humble view, now I've had chance to wear them.
