Sold me an insurance policy and when I tried to log in to my account it said my policy did not exist. They had charged me over $900 for 2 months so I tried to reach out to resolve the log in issue. I was automatically prompted to contact the agent who sold it to me... No contact info was provided for the insurance company so I reached out to my agent. No response after 3 times of trying to reach out. And they are STILL trying to charge my card. Terrible customer service. Avoid this platform.
