They'have a very warm and friendly staff members who listens to what your needs are and make you feel comfortable. from the moment you walk in the front door until you conclude your business with them. And walk out there door. after you have . concluded your business with them. It shows they are A rated company.

Worst Customer Service in Claim Department
They never answer your phones. I left over 20 voicemails, they never called back. Another bad thing is that they keep changing adjuster. They have changed my adjusters three times so far. Their insured driver, hit me on a day light red signal, my car got totaled. It's been 45 days; I still have not got my money for the car. Even though they have accepted the liability. It's so frustrating to deal with acceptance adjusters in the claim department. I wish someone would go ahead sue them since they don't value peoples' time. WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!!!

Shadey business practices
Let me start by saying once you make a policy with the broker here your stuck with them while you have your insurance policy. They do find great prices and it is fast service. My issue is when I set up the Kemper app it automatically transfers me to the broker not the insurance company. I called through the insurance app not the broker to make changes to my policy but the app automatically connected me to insurance online broker which charged me $296 processing fee and my insurance company only charges $5. The broker only needed to transfer me to my insurance company to make the changes instead they processed the changes without them and caused serious billing issues with my policy. I can't remove the broker because then its a 90 day wait before I can use the insurance company again. All in all the insurance company is stuck and cannot help with the issue as there is serious miscommunication between both parties. I ended up paying $291processing fee more than what needed to be paid for a policy I already had and the broker has said there is nothing they are willing to do to help me. Be aware they are not on your side and they are more willing to take your $ than to be honest with you and guide you to the right place. Just deal with the insurance companies themselves and save yourself the headache

Manuel Barraza is deceptive and will open a new policy even if it is not need. I called to pay my bill that was past due and he started a new policy. Charged a cancellation few when I could if just pod the bill on the old policy . I’m sure he must receive a bonus or some Incentive on opening new policies. This is just deceptive and in this computer age it’s pretty off putting to call an issuance company that you trust to be ripped off

Expensive/Rude
Not sure what the hype is about but I was quoted $900 more than what I’m already paying for full coverage. Nice when getting my information and Once I said that their quote was too high, Mateo immediately said ok, have a good day, bye, and hung up. Haha makes me laugh.

Bank Withdraws un accounted for and did not reach my insurance carrier
I am currently attempting to correct the accounting of funds withdrawn from my account. the Insurance carrier does not reflect the funds withdrawn from my account from insurance online.com Furthermore, the Aspire Insurance is threaten to cancel my insurance for nonpayment. Insurance Online withdrew a total of $941 between 3 transactions. I provided the bank statement with dates and I have yet to hear back on a resolution.
