I called customer service to get the quote and estimates. I was asking for any service fee they charge, they totally ignored it. They took my details and gave me a rough estimate and simply hang up the call. Worst of all time!

Carmen Lugardo was not very helpful, she was able to get me car insurance but not at the rate she originally contacted me with. When we finally found a reasonable car insurance she advised me that I was eligible for a discount, somehow she did not understand me when I agreed to sign up for automatic payment to receive the discount. She had told me to contact her before the next billing to be able to set it up, however, when I did reach out to her via calls, emails and texts she was unresponsive. Once she did get a hold of me a week later she stated I should reach out to their customer service team. Not only is she giving misinformation but she is an incompetent person.

I called to make a payment on Friday which was my due amount and the phone line got cut. I then call this morning and it was 125 dollars more and they didn’t want to waive it. They were rude and couldn’t work something out or come to an agreement. They got rowdy. Horrible customer service. Go with someone else if you can.

Sadly this company was great until I ran late on payment they charge you more for it even during these difficult times. Manuel Barraza was very rude to me as well...I have saved the text if anyone would like to contact me.

Initially was happy to save - I was filling out application online to get a quote and received a phone call before completing and told didn't need to complete that she'd do it for me. I was not asked the level of coverage on the phone and when received statement noticed 50/100 when we always get more liability 100/300. So I called them back and asked for increase, couldn't tell me how much, that is shouldn't be much more, but said she'd increased the coverage. When I got the statement, I wasn't saving any money any more. Discouraged, I shopped and got a better quote which is much better and correct. When canceling the insuranceonline I'm told there is a $200 broker fee and it is not part of the policy and is nonrefundable! Well $200 down the drain.. not a good deal!

My husband and I Both have great driving records. We were looking online for a quote and got A call from an agent. The agent gave us a quote for 6 months with a company I had never heard of (Dairyland) I decided to give them a try and less Than one month later I received a letter stating that my rates were going up over $500 every 6 months because of high miles driven for one car. When I called I was told I wouldn’t get better rates than Dairyland. I immediately called AAA for a quote and their price for 3 cars was actually over $100 less per month than my original quote from Dairyland. And bonus….. I’ve heard of AAA!!

I spoke to Audelina who was very helpful on acquiring a quote. I informed her that I will get back with her later on the day. At the time that I was ready to acquire the insurance i called back at the number that Audelina provided and Alex answered he informed me that he can give me a better price than Audelina. He also mentioned that there was a $220 start up fee as well and that he can help me out with that. I informed him that I just wanted to speak to Audelina to confirm. He responded by saying that I didn't want to save money so he will transfer me to whom I wish to speak with. This became a concern to me just because if they are working for the same company the should be able to get me the same low price here and the same information. At that point I didn't feel comfortable acquiring insurance from here.
