Never received my order

As a recurrent customer, making quite large orders once or so a year, there is a huge discrepancy in this year’s products with past products and I can only come up the reason being the items are manufactured in China now. The issue being the crotch/front pouch is far too small on nearly every product I received this year. To the point where I’m considering saying they are defective products. For instance the T-ball briefs I have the old and now the new constructed versions, the old are far more well designed as far as the front cut. I still enjoy AB, but this was a genuine shock.

My order arrived ahead of schedule, all my items were in perfect condition and fit perfectly. This was my first time buying shorts and shirts; I typically just buy underwear, and I choose the sizes of my items based on the sizing chart from your website. I was very happy with how accurate the chart is and how well my items fit!
