Overall, very pleased. Been a customer for 4+ years. Had one issue with a faulty item recently and customer service was slow, but they eventually resolved it. Also, shipping speed from Australia to the USA is impressive.

Reviewing the product titled The Cup: it’s quite uncomfortable trying to fit the jewels inside and still wear the product through the day. Since it’s literally just a cup (or a hood), my package just doesn’t stay supported at all, it just falls through. This item was on sale so I can’t return it.

I've been a customer for years - love the quality and fair pricing (holiday sales are outstanding). Only had one issue with the Classics line in the waistband not lasting, but that was the only issue. My most recent purchase included the original CottonSoft in camo colors and man they fit excellent. True Aussiebum at its best. Australian made. Shipping here to the United States has always been fast for me, with ease of ordering on an Ipad. If you like your manhood to not get crushed, buy Aussiebum and feel comfortable all day.

I really like the clothes, excellent at that.I made a purchase which would arrive on November 20-25, to date I do not see any movement in the parcel towards my destination, this is bad, they should pay more attention to this. Be more aware of the shipments made so that they are delivered in the time stipulated on the page when making the purchase

I’ve recently gone through weightloss surgery and was bit worried about size medium not fitting I was actually blown away on how great they actually look on me so once I finish up all my treatments and surgeries I’m going to try and become a model for the company

While all the AussieBum undies I've bought have been excellent, their website is really difficult to use to purchase anything. Accessing it using Google Chrome on Windows 11, after selecting some briefs, it was impossible for me to navigate to the "Checkout Now" button. I had to complete the purchase entering all the same information again using an iPhone. This will be putting off other customers.

La qualité des sous-vêtements est top. les couleurs sont sympas et les coupes actuelles. par contre, les shorts etc (dont de nombreux modèles sont maintenant fabriqués en Asie) est vraiment limite (vieillissement des tissus, inscriptions qui s'enlèvent rapidement...)

In my last review I have rated Aussiebum with 1 star because of my unpleasant experience with delivery and lost of trust in the professionalism of the company, but have to admit that they acted fairly and refunded all the money I paid for both, the ordered items and the delivery. А few days ago I ordered some things again for testing purposes and everything went well. The shipment arrived exactly on time. I'm glad the company fixed the shipping issue and hope will continue with a serious approach of working with customers. The quality of the products is as always at the highest level as I expected from Aussibum.
