Ordering communication and website was great. Delivery was great. Took forever to come but the chair is well made and very comfortable even if it took like 6 months to come.

What a perfect couch for our unique drop floor living room remodel. It is firm yet very comfortable. The chaise nook is my wife and I's favorite (good thing there is two!). Well made and even though the walnut is a veneer it's still high quality for the price. Couldn't be happier!

The couch is even more beautiful than I imagined. The shipping was quick and easy, setting up the couch was simple and the couch is beyond comfortable. I love love love it!

The in-home delivery was more expensive than other places I have purchased from, but the on-line customer service was very good and very responsive.

smooth, no problems. the sofa package as delivered had been punctured in several places. The undercover fabric (not visible) was ripped in one place, but we did not want to return it for that! Maybe integrity of the packaging could be improved.

Love the sofa- great quality and easy set up. Wish they offered white glove service because it’s hard to get out of the box and they never set up a delivery date with me, so if I didn’t happen to be home, would they have left it on my front porch?!
