I spoke to Kardiel over the phone a few times and received prompt response and extensive explanations. The delivery was surprisingly fast (I heard many complaints regarding other companies that take months to deliver sofas) and, despite my reservations, the packaging was superb. I was very skeptical about purchasing large and expensive furniture online, but Kardiel earned my trust and I had made several other purchases since. Thank you.

We ordered two of these benches for our client's office. We had to place two separate orders because the benches were sold out and we ended up receiving them sooner than expected. The leather was beautiful and the benches fit perfectly in the space. We would definitely select these for another project in the future.

Everything about this L-shaped couch works perfectly and it can be assembled by one person. The genuine leather will last and the dimensions are small enough to fit into my kitchen corner. And the price is very reasonable. The dogs and I highly recommend it!

Fast

Took much longer than stated.

So we really like the sectional and shipping was fast. It is quite firm, much more than anticipated, but still comfortable. The leather came with a small stain and the wood has some scratches. We saved for years and plan for this to be our couch for life so it is a bit disappointing it came with the bit of damage but it's not worth the trouble of returning.
