Great stuff, took too long to get
As always, top quality components. Having to wait 2 months for in-stock items seems a little excessive in this day and age. In the end I am happy with the products.

Great Product - Okay Experience Overall
The Radian Raptor LT-556 ambidextrous charging handle I ordered is awesome. I absolutely LOVE your guys' product. However, when I ordered the item during the Black Friday sale, I never received ANY sort of confirmation email or notification of any sort confirming my order. The website/purchase form DID, however, gladly let me submit my credit card number. I understand and appreciate your employees reaching out later via email explaining the technical issues your website was having, and you telling me that I would be receiving some sort of coupon code (which I still have yet to receive), but this is simply an honest review of my (so far) one and only experience with your company. Ultimately, it took almost a month after placing an order for a product for me to receive any sort of update/confirmation that my order even went through, after providing my credit card number to you guys. Fortunately, I love the product, and I believe it is reasonably priced, so thank you for that. I wish you and your company the very best and hope that all prior technical issues are resolved.

It took 1 month for me to receive my charge handle. That’s ok, but there was no correspondence and nobody would answer my call in CS. That’s unacceptable. Charge Handle is great. Buy one. You won’t be disappointed.

Guys I know your products are best in class and thanks for all you do. I’m a little concerned that my order was not processed properly due to the recent website issues. I believe my true order is O6827. There were a number of duplicate orders placed. Other than that I’m looking very forward to receiving my model 1 rifle. Thanks!!!

I'm very excited to get my product I ordered, I've heard great things about them, but I was told by an email response that my Raptor won't ship until the end of this week. I ordered it 3 weeks ago so that is very surprising to me it's taking so long. I've never had to wait so long for something to ship before. Besides the waiting period, I'm still looking forward to finally get what I paid for

I have alot of knowledge regarding AR platform weapons. I have owned several rifles and have religiously used Radian charging handles in my weapons. After 40 years in Law enforcement and these are the best charging handles out there.

Customer service was grate had problem whit black Friday sale with in an hour of my e mail i got a response for that i give them five stars.the problem is i ordered to raptors and the shipped one and gave me a credit for the second i ordered 2 so i would like 2.

Website probs, but they made it right
I ordered my black/np3 raptor and talon right before their black Friday website problems, took about 5 weeks but my order has finally shipped. This is a small business and people need to give these folks a chance to catch up. I wasn't in the middle of a build, so I can understand the frustration of some. It'll get there, good parts are worth the wait in my opinion if I have to wait....
