Great products. I have and sd-sl in my AR-15 and it’s fantastic. I haven’t even gotten to use it for it’s intended purpose, suppressors, but the ergonomics alone are worth the money. I’m sure it’ll be great when my suppressor finally arrives. My only beef is they can’t keep up with demand. I can’t knock em a star on that because these are crazy times but charging handles seem like something that should always be in stock.

Took a while but was worth the wait. Love the attention to detail. Service was great, always got back to me. Kept me up to date near the end. Very well packed in box. Can't wait to try it out.

The replys, given the back orders and craziness going on were responded in a timely manor. Only downside was how long shipping it out took, but given the circumstances, I was not bothered with it.

I love Radian charging handles and safeties and use them in almost all my builds. They are very sturdy and work great. That said, I really dislike the lack of communication for over 2 months after the Black Friday sale issues.

I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with Radian customer service. I had sent several emails, called, and messaged the IG account. No one answered until I followed up again with a screenshot of my initial order. Once a representative emailed me, called and followed through everything changed. He took re-ordered and let me tack on a few extra items I wanted. I also got a discount on my ambi safety selectors. Thank you for that. I am happy to report I am feeling better and glad that Radian followed through and made me a happy customer.

They weren't answering phones or emails for a little bit but I can care less. Covid slowed the whole world down, can't blame a company with that many sales & work orders for slowing down. Been a customer since AXTS days and the wait has always been worth it. They could have emailed me saying it's going to take 6 months longer and my 5 star review still wouldn't change. Thanks for everything guys.

Absolute best rifle on the market. Looks gorgeous, tough as nails, tight tolerances, top notch accuracy. Only change I'd make is have the mag well a little tighter (mags jiggle more than I'd like compared to other ARs).

I like the Raptor charging handle. I bought 2 with the NP3 slick coating.

I emailed customer service about a charging handle for my .308 and received a quick reply and my question was answered. Just waiting for it to be stocked so I can purchase it.
