Website was having some issues and my man Jaeden helped me out, was incredibly responsive and so personable. He made it seem like I was talking to a friend. This company understood that there was a tiny mistake they really didn’t need to do anything about yet they went above and beyond. This is why I run Radian on all my rifles! Badass product and even better people working for the complany. Thank you guys! And I appreciate you Jaeden. If your boss is reading this you should deft get a raise. Just saying

Just received and installed the Radiant Guardian MOS RMR mount. It’s such an Amazingly Awesome product. Not only does it Look Cool but, it’s Extremely Durable and Easy to Install.

Got screwed by a LGA. Emailed Radian yelling for help and explained my situation, hoping to pay them to fix my issue. They fixed it for me free of charge. Jaeden has been extremely helpful in the process and now I am a happy Radian fanboy.

I have about a dozen mixed caliber rifles. All have Radian raptor or raptor SD charging handles, safety selectors, and triggers all from Radian. I use them professionally for T. E. M. S. and personally for sport shooting and competition. FINEST PRODUCTS IVE USED. Customer service in unbeatable. I wanted to let folks know what a good company Radian is. I recently bought the backstrap and magwell along with the magazine baseplates for my P365. When I opened the sealed package I found everything there except for the magwell locking pin. I thought about making up a pin myself and after a while I figured why not just email and ask Radian what I should do? They answered immediately, asked for a good name and address to send out the missing peice. In less than a week the part was in my mailbox. That's great customer service! The parts fit really well and really upgrade the function of the gun as well as the look. I have used Radian's charging handles on several AR builds but this was the first time I used anything else they make and I'm very happy with the purchase.

Built the 8.5 in Grey. Fantastic receivers and proprietary parts. Exceptional finish on very well made products. Attention to detail and tolerances are super tight. No rattle or movement. Radian needs to make their own buttstock. A++++++++

I purchased 2 items from Radian and one of them didn't arrive. Blips happen, but it's how a company deals with them that matters. I used the support link on the site and sent an email and the agent didn't force any unnecessary hoops to jump through. Took care of it immediately and it arrived in a prompt manner. I purchased the Talon ambi safety for my MM AR. The product is super easy to install. After a day at the range it feels/works excellent. My only complaint Is the stiffness when switching from safe to fire. Besides that, this is a must have!

Absolutely the best AR Rifle I Have ever purchased. There customer service Is the best Steven Kochendorfer was prompt and fast and responding to emails and phone calls. I will hopefully have them build 14.5 223 next year to add to my collection.

My first radian . First impression is very high quality rifle only gripe i have is although the lock up between the upper and lower is tight you can still see light through it so I didn’t like that for $3000 AR that needs to be remedied. Also wanted to register my rifle and I could not find a place on the website to register it. I gave four stores instead of five because of the upper and lower letting light through.

The Radian afterburner ramjet is amazing on my shadow system MR920. Flat shoot. Hope you all are in the working in making an afterburner ramjet for the Glock 43x. That would be fantastic and game changer.

Big 2nd amendment supporter and if you know anything about the 2nd amendment then you know Radian is the cream of the crop with their products, I own several of their products and they have never let me down or left me wishing for more, so I was surprised when I saw some YouTubers bad mouthing them and their customer support! I happen to call them to try their customer support first hand, I had a gentleman name Wade help me with my issue not only was he friendly and helpful, but solve my problem immediately with expedited shipping, professionalism and going the extra mile sending some decals and the product that I needed!! So let me put the issue to rest Radian has quality in their products and also the customer service!! Treat people the way you want to be treated! Contacted Radian and the same day Mr Wade Winters resolved my problem. The was the most outstanding example of customer service I’ve ever experienced. Thank you Wade and Radian.
