the customer service team is incredible. they reply to each individual personally and address every question or concern with care and advice. the shipping was fairly quick, someone from their tiktok team helped me what the wide range of selection and decide what to order.

I love the Saalt products! I have a disc, the travel kit, the cleaning solution, and panties. Everything is pretty great! The quality and functionality is usually as advertised. The website is pretty user friendly and the customer service is unbeatable! In the years I have been using these products I have only had 2 minor issues. Both were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Furthermore, I adore the fact that I don't have to buy disposables at the store anymore (or send my husband). The products have paid for themselves in savings and they're comfy too! No more bulky pads, moisture-related discomfort, or smelly trash can! I only have 2 frustrations. One is that many panties are cheeky cut and that is uncomfortable for me. I must read the product discriptions carefully to find full coverage options, and those aren't as cute as the cheeky. They're comfortable, but boring. If you like cheeky tho, you'll love these! The second issue is that the gussett is too short in the front. It needs to be about 1 inch longer up front to truly be leak-proof. Regardless, I recommend Saalt products to everyone I happen to discuss period care with. They're overall wonderful!

Website - smooth and easy to use Shipping- it took a little longer than expected but overall smooth Packaging- simple Service - not a whole lot of service. There’s a chat feature on the website but it’s not a live be agent. Very difficult to get in contact with a person about the product. Material - feels somewhat soft but not as stretchy. Fit - it’s easy to tell that it’s created for a European-type of body. There’s not a lot of material to cover someone who is not overweight but has a curve figure The overall experience was not great. It looked like the company was more inclusive to all body types. I was really excited to try the product and was disappointed to find that the product is not made for my body type and women who look like me. It was also disappointing that I can only receive a store credit for an opened product and not a refund because the products are not made for me or someone who looks like me. In order to get a product that fits me and provides enough fabric to cover my round-but-not-fat-bottom, I’d have to go up at least two sizes.

I’m not typically one for writing reviews but the saalt disc is really a game changer. I’m only 19 and don’t see a lot of people my age talking about or even knowing about reusable period products so i was a bit hesitant, but ive been using it for 5 months now and will never ever go back to tampons again. It’s so comfortable, more than any other period product, so you can’t feel it AT ALL. Before it arrived i did a lot of research and got real familiar down there and honestly insertion and removal was easy first try. I’ve never experian leakage, even with long days. Overall, incredible product that makes your period product feel like self care as you know that you are doing something so much safer and healthier for your body LOVE LOVE LOVE and currently trying to get my friends to switch to reusable as well.

I love all my products from this company. I had some issues around Christmas time with an order saying delivered but never receiving it and the customer service was happy to help replace the lost items for me. I also received some items that didn't fit: now looking at the size chart I see that the specific product did say it runs small so look out for that when you buy! They are replacing the items for me with a larger size and the exchange process was very simple. Customer service is always very kind in their replies which I greatly appreciate. The underwear are super comfortable and the padding doesn't stick out or look weird. The cup is a good size and if you follow washing/disinfecting instructions it hasn't stained in over a year of use now. 10/10 would recommend this company

I bought a sample pack. None of the underwear offered my the coverage I needed (except for the one item they sent me in error - they sent me a super absorbent one I didn't order that ended up being the only one that worked for me). And then customer support reached out with a link to exchange the products which I initially appreciated. Turns out that if I go through the exchange I am left with an $18 credit after choosing new products. BUT I have for pay $7. 45 for return shipping. What a shitty customer service. Don't buy from here. There are plenty of other period product companies. . . . . .

I heard absolutely wonderful things about this product. I wish that I had the chance to try them, I’ve been having an actual nightmare trying to receive my order. I purchased, the charge went through, but I never got an email confirmation, and they can t seem to find an order from me. What should have been an easy process is turning into a night mare. I still hope to receive my order so I can write a more positive review.

I have only used Saalt for 2 or 3 months now but I don’t ever plan on going back to tampons! They are a great company their products are fantastic and if you have an issue they respond right away! Super easy to talk to, and incredibly friendly! I suffer from PCOS and have incredibly heavy periods using Saalt underwear and the Saalt disc have significantly reduced the cramping and pain I have felt the past 18 years of having a menstrual cycle! 100/10 recommend

Two words. Life changing. I can't believe I left it this long to try a disc. It took a few days to get the position just right and it does self empty when I go to the toilet, but absolutely no leakage outside of that. I have a fairly heavy flow for the first few days and I've had two children, but it is amazing. Thanks Saalt ❤️

I am really happy with the Service so far. I was uncomfortable with my disc size and they recommended ways to help me get used to it, thereafter it was still the wrong size. Getting a replacement was an easy and simple process. I appreciated the care from customer service.

I bought another saalt cup from Amazon and they happened to run out of bags so there was a coupon code in the bottom to get a new one. I went to the website and accidently ordered the wrong color and I reached out to Saalt to get the correct one. They responded so quick and updated my order. I absolutely love my cup and have been using it for years. This product has changed the way I look at my cycles!

They went far above and beyond what many customer service teams would be willing to do as far as answering questions in a detailed enough manner. The Saalt bliss garantee of replacement if unsatisfied after two periods of use with a cup or disc was very helpful in keeping the process of finding a leak-proof Saalt cup or disc affordable when switching to another company for a cup/disc replacement for my cracked cup, which doesn't leak yet.
