Wow, my daughters have been hesitant to try the period underwear, but now there is no turning back. They each started to trial 2 pair and have loved sleeping at night knowing there will be No leaking thru and extra laundry to do with these on. We just ordered the second shipment. So many different types to choice from. I wish I had these back in my day.

I’ve worn my saalt period underwear for almost 5 years now. I have 2 heavy and 5 thongs that I use every month. I love the fact that I don’t have to mess with pads and liners anymore. I have regular to light flow, but heaviest on the second day, but I’ve never experienced where the underwear bleeds through to my clothes. I love wearing them when I sleep and around the house. If I have a long work day out, I’ll use my Saalt cup and wear the underwear. I know for a fact that I’ve reduced my overall spending & waste using Saalt products. After 5 years, I’m considering refreshing my underwear that I have because I noticed they are a tad bit looser than before (I hand wash, then throw them in cold, and hand dry). Other than that, the lace on them are still beautiful and not damaged at all:) thank you for creating such a reliable product!

I ordered my first brief period underwear, period cup and steam cleaner and was excited to try it all out. I received my period underwear and had accidentally had them thrown in the dryer(big no no as it can ruin the padding absorbency). I reached out to them on email and explained my situation and they happily are sending me a courtesy free fresh pair so I can experience what briefs are like undamaged! They are amazing! I love the cup so far and look forward to trying their briefs!

I'm a young adult never given birth, and my first experience with a period cup was the Diva Cup in size 1. I dreaded getting my period because that meant I had to hassle with my period cup for the next 4-5 days. . . It was so hard to get it to open and seal properly, and when I did do it - talk about uncomfortable. . . So eventually I gave up on it and threw it away, and kept using tampons. Until I read a study on the most famous tampon brands and all the toxic ingredients that they use, and how bad it is for you etc. . . I started shopping around for period cups again, so overwhelmed by the amount of options, brands, sizes, prices, etc. I honestly went with Saalt because I had a Target gift card and they sold Saalt cups there! I figured why not, right? Best choice ever!!! I started with the small size first, and it actually worked perfect for me during the lighter days (like, the very beginning and the very end of my period) but on the heavier days it leaked no matter what I did. . . So I contacted their customer service about it and they sent me a size regular replacement, told me to keep the small one as well and I was soo happy to find that their regular size is PERFECT! Even though it's bigger than the small size, I have no problems getting it to open up and seal, it's so quick that honestly I am no longer worried when I get my period because I know that Saalt has my back. These cups don't leak, are comfortable and soft but firm (I haven't tried their Soft version tho), they don't hold onto odors as much as the Diva Cup, and it holds quite a lot of liquid so that you can wear it worry-free for 12hrs! Another thing to give them credit for is their excellent and top-tier customer service - they're prompt and truly care about you as a Saalt customer. Not even 6 months later after getting my replacement, my cat stole my cup in its bag from the bathroom counter, and she bit it all over leaving tiny bites/holes on my cup. I refused to just throw it aw...

I’ve been a customer of Saalt for a while and recently ordered two of their new mesh bralettes. One of these I received in the incorrect size. When following the return process, I noticed it was going to charge me to return the item, with no mention of reimbursement. So, instead, I message customer service explaining the situation, stating I shouldn’t be held responsible for the return shipping cost since it wasn’t a mistake on my end. I was delighted when I received a quick response back saying I wouldn’t be charged for the return shipping and the correct item would be shipped to me at no additional cost, and with a free package of wipes! Needless to say, I will be remaining a faithful Saalt customer.

I have been a loyal fan of Saalt since buying my first menstrual cup from the 6 years ago. I like the idea of period underwear for days where it is more difficult to change a cup or I am experiencing heavy cramps. I was disappointed that some of the underwear did not work for me. I experienced leaking on medium-heavy days due to the gusset being ill fitting. I reached out to support and they were very kind in helping me out with all the issues I had and additionally gave me tips to maintain the quality of my other underwear. I was able to exchange the shorts that didn't work for me and instead got some pairs of briefs since I like those on spotting and lighter-medium days.

Because of that, using it can save you money compared to buying disposable pads or tampons every month. (Less recurring purchase, more one-time investment)

I love the Saalt Welcome to Disc life bundle i purchased. I use the steamer and travel kit all the time! Not the biggest fan of the disc duo that came with the pack, the small size just doesn’t work for me and I wish there was an option to buy a duo pack of the same size because it feels like a waste since i only use one of them but that’s the only way you can buy a discounted two. It would be nice to have more of a selection of options. I also had a couple of issues with the order preferences not saving and some stuff with shipping but the customer service was amazing and got everything sorted :) Overall a pretty good experience and I would definitely recommend these products to friends.

I got a response right away after reaching out, I ended up working with two different people but they were both helpful and friendly! I was eventually able to apply the promotion that I inquired about and completed my order. I really appreciate the stellar customer service.

I ordered two different styles of Saalt leakproof underwear. One (the Comfort Brief) fit me very well. The other (the Seamless Brief) did not fit as well and slipped down in the back. With both pairs, I felt like they were sized a little large. Customer services was very helpful in making sure I was ultimately happy with the product, which a really appreciated.

I loved my whole experience of placing an order. When you click on the product you think you might want it has a detailed description of the product so you know exactly what you’re going to be receiving if you choose that particular product. The whole website was like that. They make it so you know exactly what you’re purchasing. All and all it was a great experience!!! Definitely 5 ⭐️s

Though I love the product, the return policy is quite unfortunate. I feel a bit like I got scammed because they do not post in a clear place that you cannot return an opened package (even if unused!) for a refund. I have ordered period underwear from several different companies and never experienced this policy. It is impossible to know if underwear will fit without trying it on. If the company will not budge on the return policy, they should highlight it up front and center so that customers know what they are purchasing. I never would have purchased the amount of underwear I did had a known I could not return them once opened.

I bought the 5-pack teen briefs that came with a storage bag. I bought the wrong size and sent them back, with the bag. I received the new sizes without the bag and asked if I could please get a bag, as it came with the order and my daughter would love one. The packaging for the cup was good and it came with clear instructions and a storage bag. But like many first time users, it was hard to judge what size/product would work best with me. I emailed customer service who were friendly and quick to respond with tips and eventually a suggestion for a different product that may be better suited for my body. While my initial purchase wasn't the best fit for me, Saalt's customer service has led me to stick with the company for any future purchases.
