I would have given zero stars if it weren’t for Michael from customer support. He truly understood the issue I’d been dealing with for several months since getting Home Water, and he resolved it! Michael was absolutely amazing—he followed up with me consistently until everything was fully resolved. Kudos to him and to Home Water for having such a dedicated team member!

I would have given zero stars if it weren’t for Michael from customer support. He truly understood the issue I’d been dealing with for several months since getting Home Water, and he resolved it! Michael was absolutely amazing—he followed up with me consistently until everything was fully resolved. Kudos to him and to Home Water for having such a dedicated team member!

There was no packaging at all. The filters were just wrapped in plastic wrapper and not in a box.

Thief’s in the night
We were told if we accepted this filter system which is a joke. Anyone can attach a little Mickey Mouse filter to a sink. We were told we would get 3 cents per kw on our electricity. Big fat liars. Didn’t happen and now they won’t cancel the service. We are taking them to court. They continue to steal from our bank account.

Sherry sold me the filter at a monthly rate in combination with electric contract. When the installer came, he was not able to install it due to rusted pipes and a leaky valve. When I spoke to Nichole in customer service she was able to refund the full amount. I am disappointed that I wasnt able to use the service, but I am thrilled that it was so easy to get a refund! Everyone was very easy to deal with the start to finish!

I had an issue with not receiving my first filter replacement after being charged for it. The representative took care of the issue and will have another one mailed out.

After my contract ended, they continued to charge me every month without my consent and didn’t want to respect the terms of my contract nor provide me with a refund.

Today, I had a conversation with Nichola Whitting regarding a broken filtration system we received. She promptly advised against using the damaged unit and outlined the steps I needed to follow to have a new filtration system sent to us. Nichola was considerate enough to give me time to take notes, ensuring I wouldn’t overlook any details and have to call back. Her patience and professionalism, along with her kindness, made the process much easier for me as I explained the situation.

She is almost unbelievably professional, compassionate and so down to earth! I’ve already adopted her as part of my extended family! I don’t know what I’d do if she ever left Home Water! I’m sure there’s other Home Water representatives that are very capable and willing to extend themselves on my behalf: because I’ve spoken to a few. However, Ms Nichola Whitting is my go to customer service representative for sure! If I haven’t said it before, I’ll say it now: Ms Nichola Whitting is definitely an asset to Home Water! She deserves a raise and a long vacation!

Disappointed with HomeWater Whole-Home Filtration System
I’ve had the HomeWater whole-home filtration system installed for two months now, and I’m very disappointed with the results. Before installation, I had my water tested—it measured 250 ppm. After installation, I tested it again and the results were identical: 250 ppm. There has been no measurable improvement in water quality, which completely defeats the purpose of installing this system. When I test it before the system it reads the same as when I test the water that has been through the filter. In addition to the poor performance, the installation process raised several red flags: The unit arrived unboxed in the back of the technician’s truck (see attached photos). It was lying horizontally, unstrapped, and appeared used—water was already inside the tank, which is not what you expect from a supposedly new system. Installation was rescheduled last-minute from Friday to Sunday. The technician was polite and professional, but arrived 40 minutes late and the installation took nearly 6 hours. That meant losing an entire Sunday on top of taking off work for the original appointment. Black water leaked from the system after installation and left a stain on my driveway—presumably from the internal filter media (see photo #2). While I was later told this is “normal” due to flushing, it was not disclosed in advance and added to the concerns about the condition of the equipment. Customer support confirmed the tanks were new and pre-flushed, and that the black water is a temporary issue. However, the unchanged water quality readings strongly suggest otherwise. For a product marketed to improve water throughout the home, I expected measurable results and a more professional delivery and setup experience. Unfortunately, based on what I’ve experienced so far, I cannot recommend this system.
