Ilove having home water in my house! It's so convenient to have clean drinking water out my kitchen sink and I love it for me pets as well! I save so much money and not use and waste any plastic! Big game changer! I feel great too knowing l'm using clean water for cooking as well. When I move I'll definitely have it moved to my new place to continue using home water.

The filters are good except cannot help with calcium buildup. The customer service is good although sometimes it is hard to reach someone.

The water throughout the entire house makes a great difference. I no longer have to purchase bottled water which saves me a lot of money. In addition, I canceled my Ozark water contract and returned to the water cooler. When taking a shower our skin isn't dry and ashy. We are very satisfied with our System. Thanks Home Water!

The worst service ever and they will be charging your card without letting you know multiple charges. They installed 1 inch pipes so the pressure is super slow, and the technician they send didn't know what he was doing. Then we called to get those pipes changed for thicker ones and we have to pay for that.

My water pressure is low, so I went online to try and find some trouble shooting videos. To my amazement. I found out that the system I'm paying 20 a month @36 months. After the term ending, I would have paid over $700. After looking on the website, the system is only $199. I called to cancel, and they advised me that they would charge $500. Then they offered me to pay a restocking fee of $50. I advised them I have already paid 4 months at $20, and the system never worked properly as it reduced my water pressure by a large margin. Also keep in mind the technician broke my water value handle, and they refuse to repair it. I would not recommend renting this system to anyone.

Do not fall for this Scam! I met all the requirements for the 30 day free trial but Homewater did not refund my money. Don't let them take your money.

No hablan claro a la hora de hacer un contrato para la venta de un producto, me dijeron que lo iba a estar pagando durante 12 meses y ahora me dicen que es durante 36 meses por el monto total de $621 dolares. . . . . mismo producto que esta en Amazon con un valor de $199 , me quieren sacar su precio 3 veces más de lo q vale. Espero tenga alguna respuesta positiva. . . . . porque lo acabo de devolver y ni un comprobante oficial me dieron, solo un simple papel con la fecha hora y el nombre de quien me lo recibió nada oficial

After being on hold for over an hour, I attempted to use the chat. They could not help me with my question and told me to call the phone number! I did receive a call back while I was at the dentist. . . . best believe I stopped the cleaning to take that call! I was told a technician will be sent to my house to replace filters. . . that are supposed to be changed every six months, it's been over a year since I have received any service.

The man I talk to is kind and warm and enjoyable to speak with. I wanted to let him know i now prefer my Home Water , Water, more than Ozarka bottled water which was the only bottled water I bought. Your product filter system is better tasting that the once favored Ozarka water. I'm so glad to have Home Water supply my kitchen Water. I love the filter system. And I love and am spoiled now with Home Water. It's absolutely the best Water . I don't wish to drink any other water.

I was scheduled for installation of filter system through a sales person over the phone. I was told there were no upfront cost and after the 30 day trial if i decided to keep system I would be charged. The field tech Charles came out and explained there was a cost due today. I was ready to cancel . But Charles explained why he likes his job and how he’s a customer himself. He showed me the chlorine test on my water and I was shocked. So I allowed him to go ahead with the installation. Honestly he did an amazing job explaining everything and how it’s more than just a job for him. He should be in sales because he saved this sale. He was very known and explained the product well. Thank you.
