I use 2 detoxy every night they help with easier bowel movements. I actually take my SBO right before bed, about an hour after my detoxy. I find the probiotic works better for me at night. I usually only take one. On occasion if I'm bloated I'll either do two at bedtime, or one in a.m. and one at bedtime.

I love having the probiotics to take everyday that I know Kimberly has said are super beneficial because they are soil-based. Incorporating them into my life is the best I can do to support my gut and therefore whole body.

Kimberly has been an integral part of my self healing and rediscovering my love for me. I first came upon her through a commune class. I was immediately intrigued as she spoke of a lot of ideas around food and health that I grew up with but had strayed very far from. I first started with her face line which I cannot rave enough about! I purchased the skincare set with four items. I appreciate the thought and the care that went into creating each item. I like each item and the way it works for my skin. I've been using them all for about a week now and can see the moisturizing benefits and help with fine lines. The eye cream stings my eyes when it's anywhere near my eye area, which is ironic since it's supposed to be for the eyes. I don't know if it's just the batch that I got. But I've been using the regular moisturizer on my eye area (it doesn't sting at all!) and then using the eye cream on my forehead, chin, and lower cheeks--everywhere away from my eyes. It has a great richness to it so I don't want to waste it. Once it runs out, I'll use the regular moisturizer on my whole face as well. The packaging of the products is nice too, but I'd appreciate something less "fancy" as long as it's sustainable. Another company whose clean products I use for skincare recently made the commitment and change--even though the packaging isn't as fancy, it's sustainable. And I'd rather have the company spend money on the product itself instead of the containers or packaging, since the product is what's going onto my skin. I don't actually care what the containers look like.
