I am really glad I purchased the roadmap. I felt sluggish, had acne, very irritated bowls, extremely bloated and always tired. I was 30 lbs overweight and looking for a big change. I have a toddler, I work part time and I am full time student. It can be hard to keep up with everything. Within the first week I was less bloated.
