Takes too long to get stuff

We scoured the internet for hours for parts to overhaul our 30+ Vermont Castings woodstove. We found all but one major cast iron part at Mountain View Hearth and resigned ourselves to a custom casting from a foundry. After our order was shipped, we discovered a complete fireback kit assembled years ago. We had to return our initial order. Customer service understood our situation and arranged a return with utmost courtesy. You can be assured that MVH will be first on my call list for future orders.
