The receiver and solenoid for my QuadraFire fireplace were correct, and arrived promptly and well packaged. My only complaint is that the nut on the solonoid was so tight I turned the whole thing in order to get it off. Fortunately that didn't break anything, and I was able to use the nut on the old solenoid to install it.

Excellent service and delivery. Grates were heavy duty and perfect for our 46 year old (All Nighter Wood Stove). Could use two more to cover whole floor inside. Watching for sale again.

Very happy customer! We ordered a replacement grate for our 35-year-old Vermont Castings Defiant Encore - the old one had warped and it was difficult to lay a fire. We actually had been looking for a replacement for several years, until we stumbled upon the website for Mountain View. Mountain View has a very complete inventory of parts. Our order arrived very quickly - within a couple of days after we placed the order. The product in the box was indeed the item we ordered, and this new grate fit like a dream. Mountain View will be our new "go to" business for anything to do with our woodstove.

I ordered a part got one the repair man opened the box, it was the wrong part, the repair man called y’all and reordered the part! We haven’t had heat in the house for three weeks! We have people come for the weekend and still no heat, I was charged 200plus for the first one Over 400 for the one you are responding. And still no heat

Another order, same happy customer. Ordered new gasket (+ a spare) So we could clean the exhaust motor on our Whitfield Advantage pellet stove. After taking out the motor we realized a cleaning was just not going to do it. It was over 30 years old and pretty much seized up. Back tobghe drawing board. Ordered new exhaust motor with the housing as that's what we took of. I guess we could have just gotten the motor but we opted for housing too. Luckily there was a note on the site saying if you had the older paddle connectors, you needed this adapter part. Thank goodness that was there! It would have been such a bummer if we had to splice electric wires. You've made me happy ever time I've ordered. Thanks!
