I bought this dreamy soft couch, 2 end tables and matching coffee table and 2 arm chairs, all at great AFW prices. I love it all, you cant beat the quality; even the packing, the way its delivered and the overall completed look is gorgeous! Any accent decor is so unique and priced low, allows one to shop for more! ...and I did 😘

Firestone Location: The warehouse/truck loading staff is amazing! They got all my items(an entire king size bet set, dressers, nightstands, mattress, box springs), loaded into the bed of my truck with a perfect Tetris fit! I had Cohen(and a nice guy in an orange AFW shirt, I assume his boss), making great conversation with me as they got everything loaded. Beautiful tie-downs, delicate loading, great conversation and in a timely manner. I had an hour drive back home after getting loaded and nothing moved at all. You can’t really ask for much more! 6 stars if I could!

We purchased several items at the Grand Junction store and our salesman, Dillon, was terrific. He waited patiently as we searched the store. When he had to help other customers, he checked back regularly and made certain the process went smoothly.

From the moment we stepped into the store we were impressed! The layout is very appealing and done in an organized way with huge signs to help you head in the right direction. Everyone was friendly and very helpful without any pressure. Cheyenne, our sales person, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and positive! We loved working and dealing with her. The prices were approximately 40% less than the same exact furniture that we almost bought last week. We enjoyed every aspect of the experience today!

I believe the person I worked with goes by the name of Louis. I was looking for a specific coffee table set that went obsolete. AFW just happen to have a complete set of what I was wanting. Louis went to above and beyond the call of duty for me and was able to get all three pieces, but also, was able to secure delivery for me up in Minnesota. It was an awesome experience to work with him. I only hope that the company understands what an outstanding employee they have working for them. The whole experience was awesome. You rock, buddy! we bought a bench with the help of Melissa Newburg, who was in training. She was very helpful to find this item since there are not many benches sold seperate. Bench arrived when promised and we like it.

Sales Consultant Kari Bogaert was awesome. She spent time with getting to know and understand what are needs were for dinning room furniture. Kari had great suggestions and went the extra mile showing us options. Kari provided us with table decorations and wall art. We had wait for the dinning table to come in from another State. Kari knew we are having guests over on a certain night. She kept in touch with us daily keeping us up to date if the table came in or not. I bought a recliner from the Grand Junction store that developed a problem within the first week. I went into the store and was greeted by Maria. Maria listened to my issue and she handled it very quickly I am extremely satisfied with the service extended to me by Maria.

My family is in the middle of moving my senior citizen mother from a one bedroom independent living apartment to a studio apartment in an assisted living community. After a severe fall, my mother now uses a wheelchair and has vision issues. We bought her all new furniture to fit a smaller space and to best fit with her mobility and vision needs. Our sales associate, Alexa Wilden, worked closely with my husband and I to locate all the best furniture options, measure them, and verify that they would suit my mom’s needs. Alexa left no stone unturned in helping us to find just the right furniture in the store and to imagine it’s placement in my Mom’s studio apartment. She was kind, patient, knowledgeable and efficient. She was also very caring and made the entire process go smoothly from beginning to end. I don’t have time to post photos right now, but I wanted to make sure to praise Alexa and recommend her to her supervisors and any future customers. She is a real asset to AFW!

We had a great experience at American Furniture Warehouse. We found everything we were looking for furnish a home from scratch. When you visit ask for Tara. She was knowledgeable and a delight to work with. She was patient and answered all our questions. We are very happy with the purchases we made.

My husband and I went to AFW to look for a sectional, coffee table, console/sideboard, accent chair, and a pub table set. We were greeted by Suzanne. She directed us towards the items we were looking for and checked up with us periodically. She made good suggestions but let us look around with out any pressure. Suzanne gave us her card. We did have some problems with the size of some of the items but Suzanne gave us options on what we could do. She texted me pics of replacement items. Suzanne went Above and Beyond trying to help us. She’s very professional, resourceful and kind. We will refer our friends and family to AFW and of course to see Suzanne. Thank you Suzanne for making a stressful situation enjoyable!
