I ordered a pair of rimless prescription sunglasses with a very strong prescription. The lenses got so thick at the edges, even with the thin 1.67 lens, that the frame couldn't attach to the lenses after multiple attempts. Instead of cancelling, the team worked with me to add a facet to the lenses, and reduce the lens size in order to make it work. Very appreciative to the team.

I had a great experience with Visionist. I ordered an eyeglass frame, which was too big for my face, and was able to return it within a 7 day time frame for an exchange for a smaller frame. I dealt with Callum with the exchange and after I received my new eyeglass frame, I was even able to exchange the soft leather case with a JMM hard case without issue. Quick follow up to my questions was the norm. For my next high-end frame purchase, I will definitely shop at Visionist, first, to see if they have what Iām looking for.
