This review could go up significantly depending on how quickly & effectively Visionist deals with my pair of glasses that had the progressive aspect of the lenses totally out of whack. When I just looked forward, all was blurry; then I realized only a very narrow portion at the top of the lenses provided a clear window to distance vision. This alone is unacceptable given the cost of these glasses (two pairs $2500!). I returned the frames, lenses & case for repair on 12/18. I love the frames. But this is an unacceptable error & hoping for a quick return of my (fixed) glasses & a partial refund for the poor service & delay due 100% to sloppy work in the Visionist lab.
