The product seemed to have arrived in good condition, however, the box it was delivered in was heavily damaged. Hope it doesn’t compromise the safety of the product.

Everything came in perfect condition. It was new just the box was damaged.

I've purchased from Rebel twice now, and have been happy both times. My orders have come with all the required pieces, and are as described. I saved over $300 on the retail price of the travel system I just ordered, all because the box was open and damaged. The travel system itself was in pristine condition. The shipping was fast, the price was really great and the item inside was in perfect condition. The box was a little wonky, but when you save 225. 00 it's WORTH IT!

I was impressed with Rebel’s customer service. I received my order with a piece of it missing. Rebel corrected this within a week of receiving the original order. I love and my baby loves the seat!

Nice products & good prices!!!

I placed on order for 3 items. Got notice from the tracking information that they were damaged in shipment. Called FedEx and they had returned the items to shipper. It took so many emails to get it worked out, and after I said I was filing a claim with Paypal, they finally processed a refund (minus the shipping fee I paid). I will never purchase from Rebel again. Trying to contact anyone is a real hassle and not worth any savings I may have gotten from the reduced prices of your items.

I've ordered several times from Rebel, but things do happen sometimes. I got a defective baby gate. . . but Rebel took care of me with no trouble. I will continue to shop with Rebel because they do stand behind their products.
