Took too long to ship.

I ordered two products. Both were open box items and both boxes were pretty beat up, which was not unexpected. However, for one of the products (a blender), it was sent to us in unacceptable condition -- the blender blades had not been properly packaged so they pierced through the side of the box and were sticking out -- both dangerous and damaging to the blades. And both blender cups were defective (warped), which was clearly not an issue of damage or poor packaging, but of poor quality control. The return was handled fine, if not a bit slow, but it was still frustrating to receive a product that was not useable.

It arrived in good conditions, accessories and manual included. Brand new item. I love how the booster seat doesn't move after installation, it won't burge, this is my first time having a latch on a booster and it's extra securityi didn'tknow was possible in a booster. The cup holder was a sweet bonus and the fact that it's interchangeable, you can place it on either side. Seat belt rests within the booster shoulder part, with the winter coat I find it a little inconvenient to hand the arm rests but it's something that I know my kid appreciates, the arm rest, specially when taking a nap in the car. Thought out my research I found this the best for my budget, safe and not in the 300. This was my 2nd option booster because of the price which was a deal breaker for my 1st option. It's also not bulky, lightweight. My other kid says he has more space when seating next to the booster which is also another important factor for me, having 3 kids in the back of a suv is to make aure everyone is comfortable and somewhat roomy.

Have not received my order.

I purchased our car seat/stroller travel system on Rebel and I completely recommend to anyone looking for quality products at a discounted price. The stroller I was originally sent was actually the wrong one, but I reached out to customer service within the 7 day window and they took it back, no questions asked, and fully refunded me. I repurchased the same item again and it was perfect! Brand new Graco Pram Travel System over $100 cheaper than if I got it in store. If you're having doubts, just go for it!

I ordered two Safety 1st car seat booster seats from Rebel. I had never heard of this company before and their prices were good, so I thought maybe it was too good to be true. First order shipped and delivered quickly, and the booster was brand new. So I ordered the second, and the additional purchase was equally satisfying. I will continue to do business with Rebel and let other moms know about this business

Never got the time

I received a 16 pack of dishes which all were broken but 4 are 5 pieces. I sent the photo I'm and rebel contacted me within 20 min with choice of refund are replacement. I chose replacement and had my dishes within the same week. They didn't hassle me with returning the broken merchandise. Just quick replacement and great customer service. I will continue shopping with this store very pleased when stores correct there mistakes without making my life harder.

I am very happy with this purchase

The coffee maker arrived in great shape but upon further inspection, I could see why it was opened and returned. The bean hopper is cracked. I don’t think it will be a functionality issue so I’m not looking to return it because it’s still $100 cheaper than anywhere else.

Purchased “open box” condition, but received damaged items. When I got in touch with customer service they claimed I purchased items in “imperfect” condition. One Stanley had a huge dent, couldn’t even be categorized as imperfect. The other had minor scratches, but still would not be “open box, like new” condition. I had purchased other open box items and received exactly what I expected so this was a disappointment. I even pais the fee for easy returns and package warranty.
