I am very disappointed with this company. I placed an order for three items, and two of the three arrived so damaged that they were completely unusable. I took advantage of a promotion, buy 2 items, get 1 for 50% off and ordered a highchair in advance for when my baby started solids. When the time came and I finally opened the box, the highchair was unusable due to the damage. I contacted Rebel, and the first representative told me they would make things right. I never heard back, so I reached out again, only to be told by a different representative that my order was outside the return window. I understand not accepting returns for items that simply didn’t meet expectations, but shipping totally damaged products, items that clearly were never inspected before leaving the warehouse and then refusing to resolve the issue is unacceptable. This is extremely poor customer service and raises serious concerns about their quality control. I would not recommend purchasing from this company until they address these issues and improve their customer service practices.

Return Policy is too outdated.

It came pretty quick and decent to put together lol. Parts of the headboard was chipped but nothing too concerning but overall I like it

Received wrong item that was worth less. .

The products were great. However, they sent a pink booster car seat instead of the black I ordered. I have 2 foster boys so pink will not work. I emailed support last Friday after the delivery and still haven't heard anything.
