The bike was delivered as promised to Jonny Rock bikes in Bloomington. They had no trouble putting it together.

Just added my side mirr or n they put it on in 15 minutes

Bike is built great, wish it went at least 25 mph after riding it for 175 miles on a trail to work. Cuts off at 20 mph even when pedaling hard! Scared I couldn’t get away if chased by scarey people! What can I do to make rad 5 plus go faster ?!

I wasn’t going to do this, because it’s petty and not personally helpful, but after being asked to rate this tiny, virtually meaningless product for the sixth time, I will say this: Dear Rad, I don’t care about my external battery charge port cover because my Radwagon 4 hasn’t been functional for six months due to your lack of customer service. If only I had the opportunity to rate the faulty design of your rear wheel motor assembly! Somehow that seems much more important. So there it is. Your little piece of plastic gets a bad review because the wire harness on the rear wheel motor allows the wires to be crimped and bent, turning my bike into a paperweight. When you’ve helped me fix that, I will gush about the external battery charge port cover.

Bought a radster trail. Had to have it fast so bought at best buy. Missed out on the accessory promotion. Love the bike works fine on the beach like our 2 rad plus 6 bikes
