Service was great! It’s all about relationships and the folks you have working in Berkeley are top notch. Once we got home, got the bike put together and hit the road, it has exceeded our expectations!

Great bike. Rode this bike
Great bike. Rode this bike to work 13 miles each way for about 50 days this year in a hilly area. To give an idea of range, if I use full assist the whole way there and forget to charge at work, I have to be really careful not to run out of battery on the way back. Things I like: - Love that it comes with NFC keys but also allows for a passcode, so you don't actually need the keys to use it - Comes with everything you need out of the box to be a great commuter - lights, brake lights, blinker, bell, fenders, mounting solutions for panniers or a front or rear crate, etc. - Torque sensor feels smooth for the most part - So far very durable. Suspension, brakes, gearset all seem appropriate for the bike Things I don't love - I'm 6' and the seat doesn't come up far enough for me to get a proper extension of my leg (I have a large). If I put it up too high and have pannier bags (which is most of the time), the bike will stutter up hills and speed wobbles if I take my hands off the bars. - Local shops won't service this (for me at least) so you're on your own there. - Pretty heavy - Front fender was really finicky to install

Fun Test Ride with a little wait
The test ride was great and the Rad Power shop was so fun to check out. We wound up ordering the Rad Wagon 4 and a bunch of accessories. The sales attendants were fairly busy with other customers or computer work so it took a bit to get going, but otherwise a good experience.
