Once ordered, the items ship very fast (within a day or two) and arrive very securely packaged. I have never had an ssue with the quality of the items or the service. Absolutely reccomend 10/10.

I’ve been shopping for all of my pc parts on PCCG for over 10 years. They’ve delivered services such as lay-by, near next-day delivery as far as Brisbane QLD (depending on the postal service at the time of course) excellent and informative recommendations for both parts and pre-built systems, and clear communication for any individual enquiries. The team has been great to speak to throughout the years. My most recent purchase was an elgato low-profile mic arm and a pink rode xlr. Due to my time of order (the week before Christmas) the eta had unfortunately been pushed back, though, even as it were around the holiday season there was not a missed beat of communication whatsoever, I decided to swap out the pink xlr for the red one as it was currently in stock and they were more than happy to do so as soon as the email had left my outbox to process the shipping within 12hrs. They are my only recommendation for PC parts and accessories.

Pc came securely wrapped and in a timely manner. The support staff have been nothing but helpful with inquiries/issues highly recommend.

Hi all these guys and girls are great to deal with. I had a few questions regarding compatibility of components etc and the questions were answered extremely quickly. All round great service.

Had a PC that suddenly stopped working and found the PSU to be the issue. Checked and it had a 10 year warranty and found an invoice in my email from 9. 5 years ago. Opened a ticket, sent it back (they paid postage), I assume they tested it and a full refund was sent.

Ordered wrong RAM and parcel was about to be posted. Spoke with Andrew and fast action retrieved parcel and amended the order with correct RAM. He provided suggestions with parts to help upgrade me current system (which they built) and added to current order. OUTSTANDING SERVICE would recommend.

Y'know I just love the fact they give me gummy bears. Their customer service is great and they take amazing care of the products. While I haven't tested the items I've gotten cause they are for Christmas I know if there is an issue there will be someone willing to help me.

Had a kerfuffle buying a new mobo, realised all too late (just prior to installing it haha) that it wouldnt fit my case. I was practically fuming. Sent a support ticket and was called by Alex from PC Case Gear support. Was offered two options, refund the mobo for a smaller one, or upgrade the case size. And you'd think "spending more money" isn't exactly what I'd want to do, but its the most logical choice by far, and Alex really walked me through why. I don't feel upsold nor pressured into the larger case, he really told me both options were viable, but I'd had clearance with my current case in the past, and I was convinced happily that this is a measure of future proofing worth investing in. Alex is an absolutely stellar customer support representative, and I truly appreciate all his help. TLDR; PC Case Gear have unrivaled customer support. In the unfortunate and unlikely event something goes awry with your PC build, either through your fault or manufacturer's fault, they WILL make it right.

Very happy everything worked out of the well packaged setup, very happy with recommendations from staff for $ 249 to build system and warranty arrived quickly looks and works great
