I have a full home filtration system and WOW does it work beautifully. I have well water which isn’t always nice to turn the tap on to. Honestly my water is brown without this system. We had the tanks installed,… very neat and perfect by the way, and let me tell you it’s been crystal clear water since. Our hard water showers are now, I don’t want to get out of the shower showers. We don’t even need to buy bottled water anymore because of how clean the water is now. This is a must have for any home especially when you have kids. The peace of mind knowing your kids drink the cleanest water in town,… priceless. Luckily Homewater is fair in their price and worth every penny ! #1 system out there. Hello i have been a Home water customer for 5 yr and have no complaints at all every time i call i get answered right away i get my request fulfilled. I called and requested a system be removed to a new home that was located outside of there service area and they did it awesome customer service right there, willing to drive an hour past there service area just to keep me as customer. Have to respect that and appreciate it highly recommend this company.

I have used the home water system now for 4 yrs. It has never failed me my water is very clear and has no chemical odors at all. I have had a skin issue clear up also. the system was first installed in my first house and was used for 3 yr. I moved to a new community that was located well outside of there service area and they still drove up and installed a new unit amazing service also before i moved they removed the system for me and put my plumbing back to original at no charge to me installation was free also. Every time i call in they answer and fix my issue always never a mistake witch is totally refreshing. All in all i would recommend there product as they stand behind it.

I have the Under Counter Single Stage and it is an great addition to my kitchen, I cook safely now with filtered water.

The technician was very friendly and good at his work

Still being charged for an old address I cancelled and my new one. I am told the only way to correct is to install another system in my new address even though it is less than 2yrs old and renew the term.

Just finished my contract with home water in June and just noticed they were still taking payments out off my account. Phoned customer service and they told me that I had to cancel my contract in order to stop payment. If anyone that has a contract with home water make sure you cancel your contract when it’s up cause if not they will keep taking out payments. Wouldn’t recommend this company

Replaced old system in March, insisting I must give Void cheque so they can cancel Enbridge and take money directly from my account. Get a call that I haven't paid my bill and they need void cheque. Advised this was given to the technician and advised I was still getting billed on Enbridge for the old system as well as the New system! Then they proceeded to now direct debit my bank account. First I am advised I will received credit and to watch my bank account. Nothing so I called again. Then I was told the credit was processed and would be a credit on my Enbridge bill. I received Enbridge bill today and there is NO CREDIT. This is the worst company to deal with. I asked to speak to a supervisor, a manager and better yet, the owner and they would not transfer my calls. Now I will get a legal representative involved because this is not ethical. I will be watching to see if this is actually showing on their website. I have taken a print screen to prove I wrote the review. I think I will also start looking around for another water company to deal with since this one obviously is not ethical. If I could put zero stars, I would!

Great product

Been with greenlife for 5 years then they change to home water, since my contract is finished, I asked them to removed the filter and they charge me $282 but when we spoke on the phone the said $250 but they withdraw $282.50 last 7/26/24 and today they withdraw another $400+ without calling or email what the charge is all about

I ordered filters that said they were shipped on July 12th it is now July 27TH and still have not received them. For $90.00 for four filters you would think they would be shipped on time.

I moved and canceled my service almost 2 years ago, yet they continue to take money from my account. Several phone calls, emails and even stop payments later, they will not stop taking my money when I don't live in the house with system in it.
